The sessions was the best decision I’ve made helped me manage so many emotions, also give me such a positive outlook at situations that made me feel uncomfortable or any form of anxiety. Knowing and learning how to manage it was such a big help for me and I’d recommend the sessions to anyone it was really helpful and I’m so glad I done them.😁

1 I’ve actually been feeling really good, touchwood, I have been more calm and composed in general

2 I have, I feel less reactive to situations that previously would have triggered me, considerably less anxious and sad

3 I enjoyed that I could do them from home and they were still effective, and that the sessions were quite straightforward and quick

4 I think overall the sessions were super clear and well structured

5 I would if I need to, as I like not having to go into too much depth abt an issue to be able to work on correcting it

Julia is a professional and approachable practitioner. Their compassionate and patient, yet skillfully straightforward and practical approach in applying BWRT has initiated and greatly supported overcoming some incredibly deep, ingrained longstanding and complex challenges that had held me back for decades. I feel a lot calmer in myself & have a sense of being able to deal with things more than before the sessions.
